Allstate NI is looking for an Extended Handler Bodily Injury Adjuster (EHBI) to manage attorney-represented bodily injury claims. In this role, you will independently investigate complex automobile accidents, confirm facts of loss, and determine coverage, liability, and damages for advanced claims.
What You'll Do
- Apply an advanced understanding of company and industry insurance policies.
- Handle all aspects of advanced auto claim investigation—coverage, liability, and damages—with discretion and independence within an increased level of authority.
- Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims.
- Recognize vehicle damage and understand other potential property damage.
- Identify customer needs and employ appropriate customer service skills to meet them.
- Determine subrogation or fraud potential and handle accordingly.
- Apply increased experience commensurate with the Adjuster II level.
What We're Looking For
- A solid background in bodily injury assessment and coverage investigation.
- A highly adaptable approach to work.
- The ability to manage a heavy caseload while remaining customer-focused and empathetic.
- Strong organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Colossus.
- Experience handling Washington State claims.

- Compensation ranges based on level: Adjuster Cons I ($53,500.00 - $77,800.00/salary), Adjuster Cons II ($56,000.00 - $82,500.00/salary), Adjuster Sr. Cons I ($68,500.00 - $104,100.00/salary).
