Braze offers the Athlete Fellowship to provide Team USA athletes with exposure to business operations, leveraging their skills as goal-oriented team players for personal and professional growth through the lens of sport. The fellow will gain a comprehensive understanding of the sports-tech industry by being immersed in live operations, customer success, and project management.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the team to support day-to-day management and content creation during the Winter Olympic/Paralympic Games, TGL and PWHL seasons.
- Work closely with experts to learn and implement SEO optimization best practices, content strategy development, and user-behavior analysis.
- Support the generation of innovative ideas for content creation by conducting research to identify audience preferences.
- Actively monitor and respond to help desk requests from external stakeholders, troubleshooting technical issues.
- Become proficient in Contentstack and provide strategic recommendations for content authoring in a headless CMS.
What We're Looking For
- Must currently or formerly be recognized by the USOPC as a TeamUSA, Olympic, or Paralympic athlete.
- High School Diploma.
- Strong writing and editing abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Ability to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to work cross functionally with various internal teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to stay up to date on industry trends and learn about website analytics and search engine optimization.
