What You'll Do
Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining efficient and guest-focused dining operations across the ship. Prepare and maintain coffee stations in all dining areas, assist with buffet setup and service, and ensure all stations are clean and properly stocked after each shift.
Monitor inventory levels of tableware, glassware, linens, and equipment to maintain operational readiness. Participate in provisioning when supplies are loaded, and report any maintenance or operational concerns to the F&B Supervisor promptly. Uphold strict adherence to SHIP-SAN health and sanitation protocols, including proper waste handling and hygiene practices.
Promote safety for guests and crew by following emergency procedures and maintaining secure workspaces. Foster collaboration across departments, including deck, technical, and other hotel teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
