Humana is seeking an Associate VP, Software Engineering to lead the standardization of quality assurance procedures and strategic technology planning. In this role, you will ensure our software solutions are robust and aligned with business segment strategy, driving continuous improvement for consumer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Standardize quality assurance procedures for software development.
- Oversee testing and debugging efforts and develop fixes.
- Research complaints and make adjustments or recommendations to resolve complex software issues.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the Segment or Business strategy.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 10 or more years of technical experience.
- 8 or more years of management experience.
- A broad understanding of Information Technology solutions including technologies, platforms, applications, and capabilities.
- A passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Nice to Have
- A Master's Degree.
- 3 or more years of IT Management experience.

- Compensation range: $189,400 - $260,500 per year.
