PolicyMe is hiring a fully remote Associate VP, Product to lead critical product initiatives. This role involves defining and executing the product strategy that aligns with our mission to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Establish key performance indicators and drive continuous product improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience, with increasing leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience leading product teams in an agile environment.
