Orca Bio seeks an Associate Vice President, Orchestrate to lead the overall performance and growth of the MCP Orchestrate program. This role is accountable for the program's vision, commercializing capabilities from MCP and Mayo Clinic, and achieving continued growth, initially focusing on the Biopharma and device industries.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement the Orchestrate program business plan and associated financial plan, plus subsequent plans for future offerings.
Drive growth and revenue through net new partnerships and land-and-expand strategies.
Create an inclusive, collaborative culture to help the company surpass sales, profitability, and business goals.
Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of accelerated growth strategies and processes.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement plans for systems, processes, and people to support rapid growth objectives.
Engage and lead a customer-focused, well-informed employee group that can communicate the value proposition and company strategy.
Align on and achieve comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
Build relationships and drive partnerships with key clients and influencers in the industry.
Achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets for the MCP Orchestrate Program.
Develop the annual operating plan and an annually revised 3-year strategic plan for the program.
Develop a high-performing service line team inclusive of key cross-functional partners.

What We're Looking For

A Master’s degree and 10+ years of technology leadership experience, or fifteen years in the Biopharma industry in lieu of a degree.
10+ years of technology or business development senior leadership experience.
A minimum of five years working with Biopharma, data, and/or device industries, including areas like Biopharma development, RWE, and retrospective/prospective studies.
Proven track record of managing the delivery of business plans in a fast-track manner within a complex market.
Excellent management, communication, and human relations skills for interacting with high-level contacts.
Working knowledge across partner enablement areas in Biopharma and device industries, including finance, operations, marketing, sales, HR, project management, and IT.
Ability to manage people and projects with deadlines, delegate effectively, and exercise sound judgment when prioritizing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex ideas to a range of executive types in various settings.
Comfort making important decisions in the best interest of the organization and accepting responsibility for outcomes.

Nice to Have

An MBA or PhD in business, science, or a related field.
Experience leading innovation-related methodologies.
Agile delivery experience.
Ability to promote strategic alignment across a matrix organization.
Experience assessing market opportunities, threats, and trends through industry events, publications, and market intelligence.
Ability to identify key customers, segments, and high-priority targets within markets.
