Lead and shape the future of indirect channels across EMEA in a strategic leadership role focused on distributor, VAR, and OEM partner ecosystems. You will define and implement a comprehensive channel strategy that aligns with regional business goals, ensuring consistent execution across the full product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the EMEA IDO and partner network, setting performance expectations, organizational priorities, and operational frameworks for sub-regional and channel leads.
- Design and manage distributor strategies including segmentation, coverage models, and role clarity, ensuring alignment with sales execution and market demands.
- Develop and maintain structured partner programs covering recruitment, onboarding, certification, enablement, incentives, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Divisions, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Service teams to align planning, improve forecast accuracy, and deliver a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must hold an MSc in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline, and bring over a decade of leadership in indirect sales or channel management within multi-country environments. Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner networks, driving revenue growth, and applying operational rigor is essential. Full professional proficiency in English is required.
Preference will be given to those with a PhD or MBA, experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or technical B2B markets, and fluency in additional European languages.
