Becton Dickinson (BD) is hiring an Associate Territory Manager for the Raleigh, NC area. This is a developmental field-based role designed to build clinical experience and selling skills, providing support for our acute urology products and services. You will play a key supporting role in driving sales and building customer relationships, with a clear path to a Territory Manager position.

What You'll Do

• Support the assigned Regional Manager in driving sales revenue by covering accounts, conducting product in-servicing, assessments, and demonstrations.
• Communicate new business opportunities and product interest directly to the Territory Manager.
• Build and maintain sustainable business relationships within supported accounts.
• Coordinate with field sales on the logistics, timing, strategy, and execution of customer evaluations.
• Perform product demonstrations, customer education, and in-servicing as required.
• Develop and maintain a high level of clinical knowledge within relevant disease states.
• Develop and maintain excellence in territory management and selling skills.
• Control expenses within budget and manage resources according to BD guidelines.
• Maintain open, positive communication with the sales team, customer service, sales management, and home office.
• Complete required administrative duties on time, including call reports, monthly results reports, and expense reports.
• Attend and represent BD at local, regional, and national medical conferences as required.
• Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned.
• Take a proactive approach with Vendor Credentialing when planning customer travel.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company.
• Must possess and maintain a criminal background satisfactory to BD.

Team & Environment

This role reports to a Regional Manager and provides support to a Territory Manager.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation range of $85k annually, which includes base salary plus incentive pay.

Work Mode

This is a field-based position located in Raleigh or Durham, NC.
