Laborie is hiring an Associate Territory Manager to join our Urology Sales team. In this role, you will partner with the sales team to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales goals in Grand Rapids, MI. You will be a key member responsible for leading sales activities within a pre-determined subset of accounts.

What You'll Do

• Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.
• Demonstrate competency of the Urology product portfolio and become familiar with the full Laborie product line.
• Develop sales-specific skills and territory management responsibilities, including business planning, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
• Establish professional customer relationships with appropriate customer personnel.
• Conduct follow-up customer visits to ensure product functionality and provide training support.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A)
• 1-2 years of selling experience, preferably within medical device
• Strong problem-solving skills, a results-oriented approach, and demonstrated teamwork
• Ability to handle multiple projects within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
