Perforce is looking for an Associate Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Global Sales Operations team. In this role, you will support the administration, calculation, and analysis of sales incentive plans, ensuring accuracy and providing key insights to the business.
What You'll Do
- Support the administration and processing of monthly and quarterly sales commission calculations
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure compensation accuracy
- Assist in the analysis of compensation plan performance and effectiveness
- Partner with Sales Operations and Finance teams to resolve compensation-related inquiries
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of compensation processes and documentation
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in sales compensation, finance, data analysis, or a related analytical role
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data with discretion
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and financial software
- Exposure to sales compensation principles and incentive plan structures
- Experience working with large datasets
