About the role: The Associate, Provider Experience Strategy will collaborate across Oscar's departments to advance initiatives enhancing provider interactions. Key areas include supporting Service Operations, Network, and Claims teams. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking, analytical prowess, curiosity, and relationship-building skills. You will report to the Associate Director, Provider Experience Strategy. Work Location: This is a remote position for candidates residing in Dallas, Texas. Fully remote with potential future hybrid work models. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: Base pay range is $88,560 - $116,235 annually. Additional benefits include employee perks, unlimited vacation, and annual performance bonuses. Responsibilities: - Manages cross-functional project lifecycles, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management - Generates insights through data analysis, metric development, and strategic implementation - Collaborates with diverse stakeholders to formulate communication and program strategies - Identifies forward-looking opportunities through comprehensive analysis - Develops executive-level communications highlighting Provider Experience Strategy's impact - Ensures regulatory compliance - Performs additional assigned duties Requirements: - 3+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or related fields - 2+ years of independent and collaborative project delivery - Proven experience using data to drive strategic decisions - Track record of executing enterprise-wide initiatives Bonus points: - Experience in fast-paced strategy & operations environments - Healthcare sector background - SQL or data analytics platform expertise This is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity.
