Transdev was looking for an Associate Program Manager, Medical Education

Polly Insurance Agency, LLC is hiring an Associate Program Manager, Medical Education to join our Foot & Ankle Medical Education team. This entry-level role assists in planning and executing local, regional, and national medical education events and conferences, requiring high organization, collaboration, and meticulous attention to detail.

What You'll Do

  • Gather and compile key metric data on all events to assist with reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assist with program logistics, expenses, purchase orders, and post-event reconciliation.
  • Assist with maintenance of database tracking event numbers and attendees, and maintain project plans tracking milestones and budgets.
  • Assist with processes outlined in the Project Plan to ensure successful execution of assigned event types.
  • Facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail across all phases of program management, including planning, execution, follow-up, and documentation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Engineering, Professional Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and the Medical Education team.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
  • Flexible schedule adaptable to change, able to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-30% domestically.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, with strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the medical device related field.
  • Event management or planning experience.
