Responsibilities
- Examine business operations and workflows to determine underlying goals and needs.
- Lead sessions and collaborative meetings to uncover, assess, and record business, product, and process needs, including functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, process diagrams, and UAT test plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements and any modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Convey requirements clearly to technical teams, quality assurance personnel, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate assumptions, limitations, risks, and challenges discovered during analysis.
- Report progress on project tasks and key milestones to project managers and team members.
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications to guide development, covering reports, system interfaces, data migrations, system updates, and form designs.
- Support resolution of technical and operational issues by participating in tracking and decision-making processes.
- Raise critical gaps or unresolved issues to leadership, and collaborate with product and project leads to define UAT testing approach, tasks, and schedule.
