About the Role
The Property Viewing Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and conducting property viewings, communicating with clients, and maintaining accurate records of all activities.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties
- Maintain accurate records of all viewings and client interactions
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless viewing experience
- Follow up with clients after viewings to gather feedback and address any concerns
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained and ready for viewing
- Handle client inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Manage the viewing schedule to optimize efficiency and minimize conflicts
- Provide updates to clients on the status of their viewing requests
- Ensure all viewing activities comply with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights on client preferences and market trends
- Prepare and distribute viewing reports and other relevant documentation
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and property listings
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials for properties
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide support to other team members as required
- Ensure all client information is kept confidential and secure
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during viewings
- Provide feedback to the management team on areas for improvement
