Requirements
- Are analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style
- Are excited about bringing technical expertise in a business-centric context
- Are willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo
- Approach challenges with a scalability perspective, continuously identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems
- Have strong written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Are fluent in both French (French clients) and English (Alan’s working language)
Nice to Have
- 2 years of experience in Health and/or "Prevoyance" Insurance are a big plus but are not required
- Are able to navigate and synthesize technical, data, legal and business considerations related to health and income protection insurance
