Evidence Action is hiring an Associate, Nutrition to play a key role supporting our Deworm the World (DtW) and Iron and Folic Acid Supplementation programs. You will provide analytical support, programmatic planning, and monitoring and evaluation expertise to teams in Tanzania, Malawi, and Pakistan, while contributing to global strategy and expansion.
What You'll Do
- Support country teams with analytical and data-based decision-making for programmatic planning, systems-building, administrative tasks, implementation projects, and M&E.
- Provide strategic support by assisting with knowledge management, including literature reviews, staying current on deworming research, attending NTD webinars, and general organization.
- Contribute to the development of global deworming strategies, implementation activities, and technical products based on WHO guidance and cost-effective principles.
- Support effective management and tracking of work-plans, risk trackers, and other tools to ensure key milestones and objectives are met.
- Develop and refine existing program tools such as training materials, community mobilization messages, and microplanning tools to support country programs.
- Collaborate with cross-cutting teams (technical, MLE, cost-effectiveness, and program finance) to further programmatic objectives.
- Assist in the review and development of program budgets and cost-effectiveness analysis.
- Support expansion efforts by assisting in preliminary research on country capacity, developing scoping reports and databases, and building relationships with potential partners.
