UCB is seeking an Associate Marketing Director, Rare Disease for generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG). This role is pivotal in shaping our HCP strategy to optimize patient value and build our leadership position in the neuromuscular market through the development and execution of medical education and congress strategies.
What You'll Do
- Help define and support the HCP Marketing strategy for promoting two therapies for gMG to the neuromuscular community.
- Coordinate and own all promotional and logistical efforts for commercial activities at national and local HCP congresses, including exhibition booths, product theaters, and receptions.
- Partner with medical affairs to ensure a seamless congress presence across commercial and medical activities.
- Develop and drive trust in UCB as a preferred partner by leading the strategy and execution of key leadership initiatives and non-branded tactics.
- Engage with KOLs to gain brand insights and drive seamless tactical execution.
- Lead strategic development, execution, and implementation of both branded and unbranded peer-to-peer educational programs.
- Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of key initiatives.
- Skillfully manage content through the Review Committee (RC) process.
- Consistently deliver on project requirements and strive for flawless execution.
- Influence across the internal matrix to drive change and gain stakeholder support.
- Listen and learn from internal and external stakeholders to uncover insights that drive the business forward.
- Provide input to, and utilize findings from, market research studies dedicated to understanding HCP needs.
- Operate at the highest level of UCB compliance and professional standards.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree in health sciences, business/marketing, or a related field.
- 12+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or sales experience.
Nice to Have
- Rare disease and/or neurological experience.
- Impressive speaking, writing, and communication skills with the ability to present to groups of all sizes.
- Ability to solve complex problems by leveraging internal and external capabilities.
- Ability to be agile and lead scope changes.
