Ro is looking for an Associate Manager, Corporate Quality to join our team. This role specializes in Post-Market and External Quality activities, ensuring our products maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance after reaching the market.
What You'll Do
- Manage post-market quality surveillance and external quality control processes.
- Lead and coordinate quality activities with external partners, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Develop and maintain quality systems for post-market surveillance to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Corporate Quality function.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Post-Market Quality or External Quality role within the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of FDA and ISO quality system regulations.
- Experience managing quality relationships with external partners and suppliers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion in a remote environment.
