Sei Labs is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel (Commercial) to provide legal support for a broad range of commercial matters. You’ll help manage contracts, advise on legal risk, and contribute to key operational initiatives as the company grows.
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, partnership, and service contracts
- Support the development and scaling of internal legal processes and document management systems
- Advise internal teams on legal risk, contractual obligations, and compliance matters
- Assist with other general corporate legal needs as they arise
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership
- 2-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a technology or high-growth company environment
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional partners
