YASH Technologies is hiring an Associate Lead Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 Finance. You will join our Digital Solutions team to support the complete functional delivery lifecycle for the Finance modules. In this role, you will translate business needs into functional solutions and ensure successful deployment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct functional consulting, requirement workshops, and detailed requirements gathering.
- Document business processes including BRDs, FRDs, GAP-Fit analyses, and process flows.
- Translate business needs into hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance functional configurations.
- Own the functional configuration for modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, and Credit & Collections.
- Prepare UAT test cases, guide users through testing, and validate test results.
- Train end users and create corresponding training materials.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager, development team, and business subject matter experts.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of overall professional experience.
- A minimum of 6+ years of specific experience with Dynamics 365 Finance or its predecessor, AX.
- Proven experience conducting workshops, gathering requirements, configuring solutions, supporting testing, training users, and assisting with deployments.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and basic accounting principles.
- Strong understanding of multi-company and multi-currency business processes.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills.
