Sioufas & Associates Law Firm is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join its Real Estate Department, focusing on consensual prenotations of mortgage applications and related court proceedings. The successful candidate will play a key role in drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions through close coordination with notaries, banks, and clients.
What You'll Do
- Reviewing the completeness of case files and the accuracy of documents related to consensual mortgage prenotation cases assigned by clients
- Court appearances for consensual prenotations of mortgage applications and deletions
- Communicating with notaries, banks, and clients to ensure smooth and timely completion of procedures
- Maintaining accurate records of searches, submissions, court dates, and completed procedures
What We're Looking For
- Experience or qualification as a lawyer in Greece
- Ability to draft consensual prenotations of mortgage applications
- Experience handling court hearings for mortgage prenotations
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing legal documents and case files
- Effective communication skills with notaries, banks, and clients
