Sioufas & Associates is seeking an Associate Lawyer specializing in Leasing to join their Litigation Department. The successful candidate will manage leasing-related legal cases, represent clients in court, and support the firm’s mission of delivering exceptional service quality in a dynamic legal environment.
What You'll Do
- Drafting legal documents and preparing legal opinions – recommendations for legal actions
- Updating CRM systems regarding the progress of legal actions and communicating with other company departments
- Completing accompanying forms related to the invoicing of court proceedings and other legal actions
- Participating in the planning/reporting of assigned legal cases
- Communicating with collaborating provincial lawyers
- Being informed about the progress of the court hearings they handle
- Attending court hearings before the Courts of Attica
- Performing all kinds of procedural actions before judicial institutions (filing pleadings, receiving copies, closing case files, monitoring hearing dates, submitting requests for the issuance of certificates, collecting certificates, searching for and receiving issued judgments)
- Communicating with clients and opposing parties within the scope of responsibilities
- Representing the company in negotiations, meetings, or procedures related to leasing projects
- Monitoring changes in the institutional and regulatory framework affecting the leasing sector and providing relevant recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Specialization in Leasing law
- Ability to draft legal documents and prepare legal opinions
- Experience in litigation and court representation
- Familiarity with procedural actions in judicial institutions
- Ability to communicate with clients, opposing parties, and collaborating lawyers
- Knowledge of CRM systems and case progress tracking
- Ability to monitor institutional and regulatory changes in the leasing sector
