Responsibilities: Agreement Drafting and Review - Compose, evaluate, refine, and negotiate healthcare-related contractual frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance and client interest protection. - Provide specialized legal consultation on professional service, collaborative venture, business partnership, employment, and relevant agreement structures. - Develop organizational formation, governance, and transaction documentation. Responsibilities: Corporate Compliance Contribution - Support the creation and implementation of corporate compliance and HIPAA protocols, guaranteeing regulatory requirement alignment in operational contexts. - Proactively engage in promoting ethical and responsible client practices.
