Juniper Square is offering a part-time internship program starting January 2026 for juniors and seniors looking to begin their careers in Fund Administration. This entry-level role places you within a fast-paced startup environment, where you'll partner with our fund accounting and cross-functional teams to help deliver best-in-class services while unlocking the potential of private markets through digital solutions.
What You'll Do
- Perform accounting and analytical reporting duties within a team to ensure client and investor deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with preparing fund financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Participate in team discussions on process improvements for fund accounting.
- Reconcile reports from different systems for consistency.
- Prepare work papers and complete associated checklists.
- Assist with annual audits, including the preparation of related schedules.
What We're Looking For
- Current juniors or seniors working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Genuine interest in pursuing an accounting role.
- Deadline-oriented with the ability to complete assigned work effectively within a team.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for financial markets and interest in using technology to improve business operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Preferred programs of study include accounting, business, finance, or economics with a strong academic foundation in financial accounting.
Team & Environment
You'll be part of the Fund Administration team, partnering closely with other members of the fund accounting team and various cross-functional groups. We are a values-driven team of self-starters with a curious mindset.

- Compensation: $25.00 hourly
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. Locations include the U.S. (across 27 states), Canada (2 Provinces), India, Luxembourg, and England.
