What You'll Do
Work within a scaled Agile (SAFe) framework to build, test, and improve software for next-generation automation products. You'll write, analyze, and debug code for both new features and system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration between software and hardware components. Your role includes developing tools related to operating systems, networks, databases, and web-based applications, while actively supporting product reliability and performance.
Create and maintain accurate, user-focused technical documentation such as help systems, release notes, and user guides using structured authoring standards. Collaborate with engineers and global teams to quickly address technical challenges and deliver timely solutions. Clear, concise communication across time zones and disciplines is essential to success in this role.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills, with experience in technical writing
- Background in English, linguistics, translation, or a related field with advanced language proficiency (TEM 8 level)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Manual of Style for consistent documentation
- Experience with structured content formats including DITA and HTML
- Proficiency in content development platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Robo Help, FrameMaker, or Author-it
- Basic understanding of software development or industrial automation concepts
- Ability to learn quickly and contribute within a team-oriented environment
