SuccessKPI Inc. is looking for an Associate Education Consultant Intern to join our Education team. In this role, you will support the delivery of education and training programs for our partners, customers, and internal employees, helping to ensure they feel well-supported and equipped for success.
What You'll Do
- Assist the education team with client and partner training needs
- Help prepare materials for meetings, trainings, and presentations
- Support the planning and organization of implementation timelines and deliverables
- Track action items, notes, and follow-ups from client meetings
- Help create and refine documentation, templates, and training resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Product, and Customer Success as needed
- Provide general project coordination support to keep initiatives moving forward
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Public Policy, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and video-based editing tools
- Ability to take initiative, ask questions, and learn quickly
Nice to Have
- Experience working in schools, tutoring, mentoring, or education nonprofits
- Interest in education technology, consulting, or customer success
- Experience creating presentations or training materials
