Insurance Office of America, Inc. (IOA) is hiring an Account Associate to provide support for Commercial Insurance accounts, with a focus on Construction and General business lines. You will be a key member of our team, managing the day-to-day servicing of client accounts.
What You'll Do
- Process policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, and audits for commercial lines
- Support account management activities for construction and general business accounts
- Maintain accurate client and policy data in agency management systems
- Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and clients to ensure service excellence
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, renewals, and marketing submissions
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a commercial insurance support role
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines, particularly construction insurance
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Residency in the Southeastern United States
Work Mode
This is a remote position supporting our Tampa, Florida operations. You must reside in the Southeastern US. While remote, the role supports teams across Florida.
