Paired is looking for an Inbound Sales Closer to manage the full sales cycle directly through social media. You will be responsible for building rapport, qualifying interest, and converting leads who engage with us via Instagram DMs. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while focusing on driving revenue from social platforms.
What You'll Do
- Engage with potential customers via Instagram DMs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Qualify leads based on their needs and interests, providing tailored responses to inquiries.
- Effectively communicate the value of our services to convert leads into paying customers.
- Maintain organized records of all interactions and updates within our CRM.
- Follow up with leads consistently and timely, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Provide insights on increasing sales effectiveness and optimizing social media strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on messaging and campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales closing role, preferably with inbound leads.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to build trust through text.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Ability to qualify leads, overcome objections, and drive a sales process to completion.
- Highly organized with disciplined follow-up and CRM management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote, independent environment.
