Remote VA is looking for a Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organized who will help maintain smooth business processes.
What You'll Do
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations
- Accurately enter and maintain data in company systems and records
- Research equipment, suppliers, and related information as needed
- Prepare and organize paperwork, reports, and documentation
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, updates, and required information
- Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors and external partners
- Assist with scheduling, tracking tasks, and maintaining organized files
- Provide additional administrative support as required
