Thrive Digital is looking for an Associate Director, Strategy (Canada) to deliver strategic leadership to performance marketing teams. You'll leverage industry trends to evolve Thrive Digital's services and client marketing strategies while partnering closely with leadership to align team goals with company growth.
What You'll Do
- Be recognized as a leader in performance marketing both within Thrive and in the industry, making expert contributions to the Performance department.
- Champion client success as a leader across large, multi-faceted accounts, identifying solutions to improve client partnerships and retention.
- Manage a team of senior performance marketers and act as an advocate at scale, helping others elevate their skills.
- Lead a results-driven culture that leads to consistent and measurable growth.
- Support senior leadership in the Performance department to develop, set and execute the roadmap for Thrive's performance marketing product and services plans.
What We're Looking For
- Led and owned large-scale, multi-channel, full-funnel performance marketing programs with monthly media spend exceeding $1M USD.
- Led and developed multi-level teams of 15+, including managing managers.
- Designed and evolved performance reporting and dashboards using tools like Looker, Google Sheets, Excel, and Tableau.
- Led initiatives and process improvements adopted at the department or company level.
- Owned performance strategy across diverse business models, leading forecasting, pacing, and measurement while advising senior and C-suite executives.
- Led complex client relationships with multiple senior executive stakeholders, navigating high-stakes situations.

- Compensation: $110,000 - $128,000 CAD starting, Full band: $110,000 - $148,000 CAD
