RTX Corporation is seeking an Associate Director, Source to Pay (S2P) SAP S4 HANA Process Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide harmonization of Supply Chain processes. This role is central to the oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation initiative, implementing SAP S4 HANA and breaking down silos to improve collaboration, cost structure, and performance.
What You'll Do
- Partner with topic leads to ensure common, consistent process and adherence to testing protocols.
- Develop and document the S2P test book process to contain data and results.
- Coordinate S2P design compliance to requirements across Topic Groups.
- Assist in defining Supply Chain testing requirements for validation of functionality.
- Coordinate test defect resolution.
- Manage projects ensuring on-time schedule, within budget, and meeting all technical requirements.
- Provide technical, business, and supply chain guidance to the S2P project team.
- Foster relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and business partners.
- Travel 25-40%.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 12+ years experience leading large, complex A&D enterprise projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling.
- Proven leadership ability with cross-functional/cross-business unit teams on high-visibility projects.
- Strong Business Acumen and Communication Skills.
- Experience working with teams to define and integrate IT Solution architecture or software.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) & their impact on business processes.
- S2P Workstream Knowledge: Sourcing, Procurement, Contracting, and Vendor Management.
Nice to Have
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, particularly agile frameworks/iterative approaches.
- Experience with MS Application Suite (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and other applicable business software.
- Ability to Travel 25-40%.

This is a lead role within the Source to Pay team, part of the RTX Enterprise Services Software Development Team and oneRTX: PST project. You will coordinate with topic leads and S2P BU leads.
