Responsibilities
- Analyze service operations and convert them into effective Salesforce implementations.
- Capture business needs and develop detailed functional designs and solution blueprints.
- Evaluate requirements against standard Salesforce capabilities and determine customization needs.
- Advise clients on whether to leverage out-of-the-box features or build custom solutions.
- Develop solution designs, system architecture plans, and entity relationship models.
- Set up Service Cloud components including case handling, knowledge bases, omnichannel routing, entitlements, digital engagement tools, chatbots, and CTI integrations.
- Implement Field Service and survey functionality within the Salesforce platform.
- Integrate third-party AppExchange applications such as CTI systems (e.g., Nice InContact, TalkDesk), SurveyMonkey, and OwnBackup.
- Design and deliver custom reports and dashboards based on client specifications.
- Configure Single Sign-On for secure user authentication.
- Determine system integration needs and recommend appropriate technical strategies.
- Develop and tailor Experience Cloud sites for external users including customers and partners.
- Customize Experience Cloud features like Experience Builder, customer service portals, partner hubs, self-service sites, knowledge articles, and Chatter collaboration.
- Adapt Experience Cloud templates to align with branding guidelines and improve user experience.
- Ensure sites are mobile-responsive and meet accessibility standards across devices.
- Produce configuration documentation and provide direction to development teams.
- Deliver user training and create supporting instructional materials.
