This position is open due to an internal move. Position Summary: The Associate Director, Regional Marketing will report to the East Director, Regional Marketing. You'll be responsible for developing and executing key customer strategies for BeOne's hematology oncology products, specifically working with thought leaders across the US. This field-based role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, Commercial Operations & Business Analytics. Key states in this geography include New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Essential Functions: • Contribute as a Regional Marketer on the Customer Enterprise Team supporting the Hematology portfolio, with a focus on Brukinsa (zanubrutinib) to drive advocacy in core hematology indications • Implement integrated KOL and customer engagement strategies for Brukinsa in CLL and current indications • Build strong partnerships with external KOL customers and influence commercial strategy with internal stakeholders • Demonstrate marketing thought leadership by representing BeOne at key US and international meetings and conferences • Develop promotional speaker bureau strategy for our oncology portfolio and Brukinsa education needs • Execute integrated commercial and marketing strategic plans at scientific meetings • Partner across teams to align US commercialization strategy and communicate market insights • Create promotional peer-to-peer content and programming • Develop commercial advisory boards to inform brand strategies • Evaluate and implement innovative KOL tactics • Contribute to key marketing deliverables like QBR, brand planning, and Launch Readiness Reviews • Drive business results and contribute to our company culture and mission Qualifications: • 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience • Minimum 3 years experience in Hematology Oncology sales/marketing preferred • Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience preferred • Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with KOL customers and internal teams • Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize data • Strong competencies in communication, strategic agility, results achievement, and collaboration Qualification Synopsis: Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree (MA, MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred in business, economics, biological, or medical sciences. At least 8+ years industry experience. Hem/Onc background/experience preferred. Computer Skills: Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations and manage workflow processes in Excel.
