Lonza Biologics Inc. is hiring an Associate Director, Pharmaceutical Marketing - AMER to lead the regionalization of marketing plans, campaigns, and tactical execution for our pharmaceutical market in the Americas. In this role, you will analyze market trends and drive new product introductions from a remote base in Morristown, NJ.

What You'll Do

Analyze forward-looking market trends in the Pharmaceutical market through external and internal data sources to develop comprehensive market analysis.
Develop and nurture connections with important collaborators in the Pharmaceutical industry to collect insights and boost demand.
Lead the successful introduction of new products and solutions in the region in coordination with the Product Management team.
Drive consistency in market segmentation and value proposition development in line with the global framework.
Complete customer-facing events and activities in the region for the pharmaceutical market segment.
Support the development and deployment of global marketing content tailored to the Americas region.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
5-10 years of advanced experience in marketing.
Proven track record in analyzing market trends and developing strategic marketing plans.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

Experience preferably within Pharma or e-commerce.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Regional Business Unit Marketing team, partnering with the Global Marketing team.

Salary range: $140,000 - $198,450
