BeOne Medicines I GmbH is seeking an Associate Director, Oncology Program Management to provide critical project leadership on clinical development teams. You will be responsible for planning and executing projects in accordance with the overarching program development strategy.
What You'll Do
- Develop, validate, and maintain project schedules within the enterprise project system.
- Apply project management tools and methodologies to facilitate stakeholder alignment and ensure cross-team communication.
- Drive strategic team decision-making and the delivery of team goals and objectives.
- Champion and support process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver on commitments to the organization and to patients.
- Develop, track, and manage the progress of the global development project to defined milestones.
- Coordinate regular team meeting schedules, draft agendas, and provide meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports.
- Work with team leadership and governance bodies to develop project plans and translate detailed scientific information into high-level strategic presentations.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path using appropriate tracking tools.
- Identify and manage risks across the project, escalating whenever appropriate.
- Develop and facilitate team planning sessions.
- Draft and manage project budgets, highlighting changes where needed.
- Provide internal project management support to core and sub-teams as necessary.
- Assume additional responsibilities commensurate with experience, such as independently providing alliance management or leading sub-teams.
- Support process improvement initiatives like budget change control, program management dashboards, and risk management.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years' experience in clinical and drug development in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry OR a Master's Degree or above with 6+ years' experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
Nice to Have
- An advanced degree.
- PMP certification.
