Responsibilities

- Provide expert input on ecological constraints for infrastructure projects
- Support the development of mitigation and enhancement strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project design
- Lead client meetings and presentations
- Advise on protected species and habitat legislation
- Conduct ecological risk assessments
- Develop method statements and ecological management plans
- Mentor junior staff and support professional development
- Contribute to project bids and proposals
