BeOne is hiring an Associate Director, Business Development & Alliance Management Finance

BeOne seeks an Associate Director, Business Development & Alliance Management Finance to provide critical financial partnership and analysis for strategic transactions. You will partner directly with business development, alliance management, and the broader finance organization to support decision-making, reporting, and forecasting for the company's portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business development to evaluate external opportunities, conduct due diligence, and build financial models for M&A, licensing/partnerships, and equity investments.
• Serve as the finance lead for BD transactions, engaging the broader finance organization and coordinating payment processes.
• Track and forecast expected milestones under existing collaborations and manage reporting on the portfolio of external early-stage equity investments.
• Establish financial processes to support investment analysis for corporate venture activities and evaluate partnerships for the Global Development Superhighway.
• Support corporate FP&A processes for quarterly reporting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Provide benchmarking support for FP&A, investor relations, or business development transactions as needed.
• Support process improvement and documentation work to improve efficiency and alignment within finance.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, big 4 transaction advisory, corporate finance, corporate development or consulting, with a focus on the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, including discounted cash flow valuation, 3-statement financial models, venture capital investment valuation, transaction and financing comps.
• Experience with transactional legal documents such as term sheets, license agreements, asset/share purchase agreements, credit agreements and corporate equity investment documents.
• Strong computer software skills (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with financial/pharmaceutical databases such as CapitalIQ, Biomedtracker/Evaluate.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to execute and perform autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
