About the Role
The candidate will work with large datasets to extract insights, develop algorithms, and support engineering and operational challenges through data analysis and modeling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and trends
- Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to understand data needs
- Clean and preprocess data from multiple sources for analysis
- Translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Create data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Support the deployment of models into production environments
- Evaluate model performance and recommend improvements
- Document analytical processes and model development workflows
- Utilize programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
- Work with databases and query tools to extract required information
- Apply statistical methods to validate hypotheses and assumptions
- Participate in team meetings and technical reviews
- Stay current with advancements in data science and machine learning
- Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the analysis pipeline
- Assist in defining data collection strategies and requirements
- Contribute to the development of automated reporting tools
- Support data governance and compliance standards
- Integrate external data sources when relevant to analysis goals
- Use version control systems for code and model management
- Collaborate on proof-of-concept projects and pilot studies
- Present results and insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Optimize data processing workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Support integration of data science outputs into enterprise systems
- Maintain awareness of project timelines and deliverables
