comScore, Inc. is looking for an Associate Data Analyst to join our team. This role serves as the first line of training and support for clients using our syndicated products, communicating product enhancements and methodology changes. You'll identify client needs and customize your approach to deliver effective solutions.
What You'll Do
- Conduct client-driven data investigations by analyzing reports and internal system data under supervision.
- Respond to client questions about data and help with interpretation.
- Assist the sales team when needed.
- With assistance, provide clients with data interpretation for RFP responses and internal presentations.
- Train clients on Comscore POSTTRAK reports, methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Customize trainings based on client business needs, industry, and competitors.
- Use POSTTRAK to research and develop client deliverables and insights.
- Conduct live presentations and demos as an assigned syndicated resource.
- Answer customer support hotline, escalate issues appropriately, and navigate internal teams.
- Support the Client Insights team by setting up tags after gaining familiarity with tagging and unified reporting across PC and mobile app.
- Create training and demo content, including PowerPoint decks and example Excel reports.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfort with internet technologies and public speaking.
- A proactive nature to search out opportunities to broaden product growth.
- The ability to effectively collaborate with team members.

Team & Environment
You will partner with sales and proactively communicate client updates to respective account leads. The role also involves supporting the Client Insights team.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 commensurate with experience.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. Positions are available for candidates working remotely (must reside in the USA) or from our offices in New York, NY; Evansville, IN; or Reston, VA.
