Wealthsimple is looking for an Associate, CXO Systems Optimization & Administration to strengthen our Client Experience Operations. In this role, you will focus on optimizing systems and administration to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Optimize systems and processes within Client Experience Operations to improve service delivery.
- Administer and maintain key operational platforms to ensure reliability and performance.
- Analyze operational workflows to identify and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations and upgrades.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in systems administration, optimization, or a related operational role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose process inefficiencies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in an operational context.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Work Mode
This position is fully remote and open to candidates located in Toronto, Ontario.
