Capgemini is looking for an Associate Consultant within Strategy and Transformation to help our clients innovate and build for the future. In this role, you will support leading organizations to unlock value, develop new strategies, and implement transformative business and operating models.
What You'll Do
- Support Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services, and products.
- Design and implement new business and operating models.
- Bring to life the organizations of the future.
- Develop customer insights, organizational knowledge, and market perspectives.
- Focus on learning tools, ways of working, and exploring possible areas of expertise.
- Work in different roles on different projects across domains to build skills and develop required competencies.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $52,500 - $99,190.
- Paid time off including Vacation (12-25 days depending on grade), Company paid holidays, Personal Days, and Sick Leave.
