As an Associate Clinical Director at Private Health Management, you will help patients challenge the status quo and go beyond the standard of care to achieve the best possible health outcomes. You will apply your clinical expertise, curiosity, and problem-solving skills to identify key medical issues, engage with top experts, and guide patients to optimized care plans.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the lead clinician and engagement manager, collaborating with team members to uncover opportunities to improve client care.
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted guide through complex healthcare journeys, managing medical issues and coordinating care worldwide.
- Offer high-level clinical management and education to clients and families in a caring, compassionate manner.
- Work closely with clinical and research teams to identify the latest therapies and deliver comprehensive information on conditions, treatments, and trials.
- Articulate needs for collaboration with external providers and internal interdisciplinary team resources.
- Network with key opinion leaders to build relationships that facilitate achieving the best care for clients.
- Manage other clinical staff as related to specific cases or service lines.
- Explore specialized diagnostics to better define underlying mechanisms and treatment options beyond standard care.
What We're Looking For
- Active NP or PA license in your home state.
- Five years of clinical experience managing complex medical issues in an oncology and/or hematology environment.
- Exceptional client-facing skills including executive communication, impeccable attention to detail, and a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Insatiable clinical curiosity and creative problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Technical savvy and comfort navigating various platforms to document work and communicate with colleagues.
- A “do what it takes to get the job done” attitude.
Nice to Have
- Oncology experience mixed with another complex medical discipline.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate with team members including additional clinicians, PhD scientists, and care coordinators.
