The Associate Client Success Partner ensures clients achieve their goals by delivering hands-on support, guiding platform adoption, and fostering strong relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients to the platform efficiently and effectively
- Guide users through product features and functionalities
- Respond to client inquiries with accurate and timely information
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate solutions

- Provide feedback to product teams based on client input

- Track key performance indicators related to client health
- Collaborate with sales during client transitions
- Help reduce churn through proactive engagement
- Participate in training sessions for internal teams
- Contribute to documentation for client resources
- Stay current on product updates and roadmap changes
- Ensure compliance with data and security policies
- Maintain professionalism in all client communications
- Adapt communication style to different client needs
