HUB International is hiring an Associate Account Manager for Insureon, a pioneer in insurance technology operating the largest online insurance marketplace for small businesses in the U.S. This is a developmental role designed to build the skills and performance necessary to support Digital Account Managers in retaining and servicing their book of business.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and submit renewal applications.
- Oversee renewal of automatic and manual renewal policies.
- Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities.
- Broker the terms and conditions of insurance contracts.
- Coordinate and monitor account servicing.
- Assist the Account Manager team members to act on alerts in the agency management system.
- Follow up with carriers and clients on new business quotes and renewals.
- Review renewal data and assist Account Managers to maximize our book retention rate.
- Support the policy cancellation process.
- Assist with customer servicing requests from clients by working with internal teams and carrier service centers.
- Deliver excellent customer service to delight our customers in every online and offline interaction.
- Develop a full understanding of the processes in our agency management system to be able to assist in working renewals, process endorsements, cancellations, LPR’s, rating and Certificates.
- Successfully prioritize and support the workloads for at least 2 Account Managers.
- Complete coverage training and utilize carrier trainings.
- Back up the Account Manager in the event they are busy or out of the office.
- Support client needs in a timely manner to include answering and/or making phone calls to clients, billing issues, audit questions, coverage inquiries, application support, quotes and contract reviews.
- Develop strong communication with Underwriters to build our relationship.
What We're Looking For
- Current and active Property and Casualty License prior to starting.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- High School Degree.
Nice to Have
- 4-Year Degree.
- Familiarity with Customer Account Servicing in regulated or financial services experience.

- Salary: $50,000-$55,000.
