Kaufland Bulgaria is looking for an Assistant Trader in Non-Food Goods to support the trader in selecting and negotiating the department's assortment. You will be part of our commercial team, focusing on operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Support the trader in selecting and negotiating the assortment in the Non-Food Goods department.
- Monitor inventory, orders, and deliveries to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Prepare and analyze data on sales and stock movements to inform decisions.
- Contact suppliers and internal departments to coordinate operational processes.
- Ensure proper presentation and arrangement of goods according to company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of promotions and campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Completed higher education in Economics, Trade, or another relevant field.
- Previous professional experience in the field.
- Excellent computer literacy and very good command of Excel.
- Very good command of German and/or English, both written and spoken.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
