Boots Opticians is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead and inspire a team delivering an exemplary customer journey. You will work closely with the Store Manager to create and deliver the commercial plan to help the business grow.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver an exemplary customer journey.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to create and deliver the commercial plan.
- Work across the whole store, involved in customer service, store operations, and clinical activities.
- Manage a team with a variety of experience and clinical knowledge, helping them develop their knowledge and skills.
- Complete management tasks such as creating and maintaining rotas, return to work reviews, and performance management.
What We're Looking For
- GOC Registered
- Experience working in a customer facing role
- Desire to learn
- Led or coached a team
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a clinical environment
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the Store Manager, reporting directly to them.
