Groupe Clarins is looking for an Assistant Project Manager for Merchandising Architecture to join our team. This apprenticeship role, starting in September 2026, is based in Paris. You will support the development of the Clarins brand in the French market, acting as the key contact for architecture and visual merchandising topics and liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Provide operational follow-up for the opening and/or refitting of pharmacies and perfumeries.
- Manage retail architecture requests, including after-sales service, maintenance, and renovation.
- Monitor and communicate with various contacts across different distribution channels, such as points of sale, sales force, service providers, and suppliers.
- Update and maintain global files, including dashboards, presentations, and analysis.
- Regularly participate in field tours to check architecture and merchandising visibility.
- Oversee the installation and reception of furniture.
- Conduct competitive intelligence monitoring.
What We're Looking For
- Currently a student in a Design or Architecture school, at a minimum Bac+4/+5 level.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and office software (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proficient in AUTOCAD.
- Proficient in 3D software (SketchUp).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork.
- Sensitivity to operational and field work.
