About the Role

Clarins Group, the global French family-owned leader in skincare and makeup present in over 150 countries and committed to Responsible Beauty, is offering an apprenticeship for an Assistant Project Manager, Major Accounts at Clarins France, starting September 2026. You will join the Major Accounts team to gain hands-on experience in managing high-impact retail partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Pilot and analyze Sell-In & Sell-Out performance through weekly and monthly analyses, updating dashboards accordingly.
  • Manage store activations and distribution: track annual challenges, manage the incentive budget, and handle store openings and closures.
  • Ensure product listings are up-to-date for new launches and gift sets in both retail stores and e-commerce platforms.
  • Work within the Nomad software to update Sell-Out data and assortment, and extract data for agreement tracking.
  • Support the preparation of sales seminars and meetings by creating roadbooks for the sales force and helping with presentations.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently a student in business school or equivalent, at a minimum Bac+4/+5 level.
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with numbers.
  • A collaborative team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
