Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring an Assistant Project Manager - Electrical to manage electrical systems on commercial projects in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and quality management of all electrical work from design through to handover.
What You'll Do
- Plan all works and monitor progress, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including Design Consultants, for deliverables.
- Collect, validate, and issue shop drawings, work method statements, and Material Inspection Requests.
- Execute and monitor all Electrical-related work on site.
- Set up the MEP Quality Manual, Inspection Testing Plan, and documentation processes.
- Track Electrical materials delivery and maintain a long lead items tracker.
- Monitor construction for conformity with design drawings and bills of quantities.
- Participate in Testing and Commissioning, maintaining certificates and checklists.
- Verify changes to works and recommend them to the client for approval.
- Obtain relevant Operation & Maintenance documents, guarantees, and warranties.
- Ensure smooth handover of Electrical packages.
What We're Looking For
- BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in Electrical projects.
- Proven experience working on both high side and low side electrical systems for commercial projects.
Work Mode
This position is onsite and based in Hyderabad, TS.
