Schindler is looking for an Assistant Project Lead, New Installation to provide vital administrative support to our Project Managers, helping to keep installation projects organized and progressing. This is a temporary contract position based in Philadelphia, PA.
What You'll Do
- Assist with billing, including follow-ups on ESM tickets and coordination with the Business Service Center (BSC)
- Support certified payroll documentation
- Assist with permit tracking and coordination
- Handle general administrative tasks to support NI Project Managers as needed
What We're Looking For
- A High School diploma
Nice to Have
- Prior administrative assistant experience
